Job Summary:
VX Studio Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Resident Engineer for a short-term, one-month assignment. The selected candidate will support the Resident Engineer in overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Resident Engineer in daily site supervision and coordination
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and deviations
• Review materials, shop drawings, and method statements as required
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and site records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures and site supervision
• Familiarity with local regulations and authority requirements
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to join immediately (preferred)
