Job Title: Assistant Resident Engineer – MEP

Responsibilities

• Supervise MEP works as per drawings, specs, contracts, QA/QC, HSE & authority regulations
• Review/approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs & CVIs
• Monitor inspections, NCRs, site observations & corrective actions
• Review programs, progress, payments, variations & EOT claims
• Coordinate with client, consultant, contractors, authorities & suppliers
• Support handover, risk mitigation & team supervision

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Construction / Project / MEP Engineering
• Dubai Municipality Certified
• QA/QC certifications preferred
• 5+ yrs UAE experience with Consultants
• 6+ yrs UAE experience with Main Contractors
• 4–6 yrs contractor/developer experience in home country
• Can join within 30 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
