Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager on behalf of our client, a leading hospitality group launching four new licensed luxury fine dining venues in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering world-class dining experiences.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, staff management, operational excellence, and financial performance. Candidates with UAE fine dining experience and exposure to pre-opening environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

  • Lead the front-of-house team to ensure flawless guest service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming atmosphere aligned with the brand standards.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver high service standards.
  • Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling needs.
  • Conduct staff evaluations and support professional growth.

Operations & Compliance

  • Supervise daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards.
  • Maintain high operational standards across all service points.

Financial & Administrative Management

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, revenue, labor costs, and inventory.
  • Manage POS systems, reservations, and service reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams for promotions and private bookings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong background in luxury dining operations and guest relations.
  • Demonstrated achievements in revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and cost optimization.
  • Experience in pre-openings or high-volume, high-standard venues.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, reservation platforms, and inventory tools.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Industry recognition (awards, accolades, or certifications) will be an added advantage.
