Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing restaurant operations efficiently to ensure high guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to maintain service standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service flow.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor inventory, requisitions, and control costs to achieve profitability.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and special menus.
  • Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper staff deployment.
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure staff follow grooming and service SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with brand and statutory requirements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
