We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead our team to deliver a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in team leadership, and committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational oversight
- Lead and motivate FOH & BOH teams to maintain service excellence
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently upheld
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management

Manage guest relations, handle complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Help drive revenue, manage costs, and achieve operational targets Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control processes
What Are We Looking For:
- Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in casual dining
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to take initiative and support high-volume operations
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking Willing to work in shifts and fast-paced environments

Recruitment Process and Timeline:

- Interview Process: If shortlisted, you will meet with our hiring/ operations managers and may need to attend one more round, which could include a trial at our kitchen or dine-in location.
- Offer Discussion: Upon successful completion of the interview & trial rounds, our recruiter will contact you to discuss the offer, post which, an offer letter will be released via email.
