About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Isola Restaurant located at Jumeirah Islands Club.
Responsibilities
:

Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.

Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient stock management.

Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications & Required Skills
:
-
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-year experience in similar role from a high-volume, casual dining operation
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Italian speaking skills will be an added advantage due to the concept.

Excellent leadership, customer service, & coaching skills.

Must be passionate in hospitality & contribute to maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
