Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

Reporting To: General Manager (GM)

Department: Operations / Front of House

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and a premium dining experience.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
  • Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational costs in coordination with the GM.
  • Support scheduling, staff management, and operational planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance and guest-oriented mindset.

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
  • 6-day work week
