Assistant Restaurant Manager – Immediate Hiring

Meridian Trade Links is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager on behalf of a prestigious French & Italian fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking candidate with a proven background in pre-opening restaurant projects and experience in French, Italian, or international fine dining restaurants. Experience in both restaurant groups and standalone restaurant operations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
• Assist in controlling operational costs and achieving business targets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety, health, and labour regulations.
• Contribute to the successful opening and operation of new restaurant projects.

Requirements

• Arabic speaker (Arabic nationality preferred by the employer).
• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Previous pre-opening restaurant experience is mandatory.
• Experience in French, Italian, or international fine dining restaurants.
• Experience with restaurant groups or standalone restaurant concepts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, guest relations, and cost control.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
