Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – QSR
Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service, team supervision, food safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and shift activities
- Supervise front & back-of-house staff during service
- Ensure fast service standards as per QSR model
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety (HACCP/FHC compliance in Qatar)
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
- Support staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Control inventory, wastage, and stock ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards
- Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs
- Train new staff and ensure SOP compliance
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- 3–5 years experience in QSR / fast food chain
- Minimum 1–2 years in supervisory role
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Knowledge of POS systems & basic reporting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards (FHC – Qatar preferred)
