Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients.
  • Project Sales and Coordination:
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the firm's brand, services, and expertise.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, online advertising).
  • Brand Promotion and Lead Generation:
  • Develop and maintain a strong online presence through social media and other digital channels.
  • Create engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos) to showcase the firm's expertise and thought leadership.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and networking events.

Requirements:

  • Female Candidates with good sales and marketing skills preffered.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, social media management, email marketing).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge:
  • Understanding of the interior design industry, including trends, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Personal Qualities:
  • Results-driven and motivated, with a strong focus on achieving sales and marketing goals.
  • Creative, innovative, and proactive in approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
