The Assistant Sales & Business Development Manager will play a key role in supporting the company’s Uniform Sales Division by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role includes assisting with sales planning, proposal and tender preparation, client engagement, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, healthcare, education, and government sectors.
- Assist in preparing and submitting quotations, tenders, and sales proposals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Business Development Support
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for uniform sales.
- Collect and analyze market feedback to support improvements in product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of clients, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Assist management in preparing sales strategies, forecasts, and performance reports.
Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines to meet client expectations.
- Follow up on payments, contracts, and related documentation as per company policies.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and post-sales support in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within uniforms, textiles, or apparel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
