Job Summary
The Assistant Sales Executive will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end sales operations. The position involves active coordination with clients and internal teams, along with maintaining accurate documentation and correspondence to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations and assist in project coordination
- Communicate and follow up with clients to facilitate smooth business processes
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely task execution and service delivery
- Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, emails, proposals, and reports
- Maintain organized records, correspondence, and client databases
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and contributing to sales growth
Requirements
- Fresh BBA or B.Com graduates are preferred
- Strong business communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with the willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
