Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Executive will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end sales operations. The position involves active coordination with clients and internal teams, along with maintaining accurate documentation and correspondence to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily sales operations and assist in project coordination
  • Communicate and follow up with clients to facilitate smooth business processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely task execution and service delivery
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, emails, proposals, and reports
  • Maintain organized records, correspondence, and client databases
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and contributing to sales growth

Requirements

  • Fresh BBA or B.Com graduates are preferred
  • Strong business communication skills with fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with the willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
