Job Title: Assistant Sales Executive – Spare Parts Export & Import
Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Executive to help with daily office work in our spare parts export and import business. The job mainly involves preparing quotations, talking to suppliers and customers, and handling basic order and accounting work.
Main Duties
Preparing quotations for customers.
Collecting prices from suppliers and comparing them.
Giving price codes and product details to customers.
Preparing Performa Invoice, Purchase Order, and other order documents.
Handling order confirmations and sending orders to suppliers.
Making invoices and keeping all records properly.
Tracking customer payments and accounts.
Keeping a record of orders, payments, and pending follow-ups.
Communicating with suppliers and customers by email, phone, and WhatsApp.
Skills Required
Good knowledge of computer usage.
Must know Excel, email drafting, and accounting software.
Able to work fast and handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi (speaking and writing).
Should be organized and have good follow-up skills.
Other Requirements
Basic knowledge of spare parts or office work is an advantage.
Ability to talk with customers confidently and handle queries.
Should be responsible and willing to learn new tasks.
Freshers with keen interest to learn, quick learner, with good communication skills, excel & email drafting knowlege may apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
Work Location: In person
