Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha and Courtyard by Marriott Dubai World Trade Centre are seeking a dynamic Cluster Corporate Assistant Sales Manager to join our vibrant team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth across both properties by effectively targeting and managing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts , key clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and uphold Marriott’s brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with previous Marriott experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, specifically with corporate account management within the Dubai hospitality market.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Al Barsha, Dubai Internet City (DIC), and Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) markets.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cluster team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OPERA and sales tools.
