Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Department in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to assist in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products/services effectively.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
  • Support in training and mentoring junior sales staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or a related role, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English.
