Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Department in driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to assist in achieving the company's sales targets and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote products/services effectively.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
- Support in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales or a related role, with leadership experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English.
