Assistant Sales Manager - Signage & Wayfinding

We’re hiring a sales driver who can win projects, guard profitability, and keep clients coming back.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build and grow a pipeline across corporate, retail, real estate, consultants, and contractors

Hunt and acquire new accounts each quarter while protecting margin and repeat business

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, scoping, proposals, negotiation, and close

Prepare accurate quotations and costings with operations; lock scope, timelines, and deliverables pre-handover

Maintain tight client relationships, handle escalations professionally, and drive on-time collections

Track competitors, pricing, and market trends; feed insights into product and marketing activity

Coordinate seamless handovers to execution; monitor project progress from a client-relations lens

Keep CRM immaculate and submit weekly reports on leads, meetings, pipeline, and conversions

Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with clear conversion ratios
What You Bring

5+ years of sales experience in signage/branding/advertising in the UAE market
-
Proven target-beating track record and a strong network across the signage ecosystem

Confident negotiator with crisp communication and presentation skills

Hands-on with proposals, costings, MS Office, and CRM tools
-
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred

Organized, accountable, and comfortable working independently under pressure
