Department: TPD Sales
Reports to: Cluster Manager / Area Sales Manager
Purpose
The purpose of this job is to build the relationship with bank partners, employees & support / train them to enable them procure health insurance policies from the customers & subsequently service the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & manage relationships with partner banks
- Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
- Train & support bank staff on Health insurance products.
- Obtains and analyzes information from bank to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with channel partners to increase sales
- Conducts regular meetings and empanelment and activation of distributors
- Updates sales portal with requisite information to facilitate information collation and analysis
Must Haves
- Good knowledge in Insurance & financial products
- 2–3 years’ experience in Insurance sales - Bancassurance
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
