Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate market.

Manage and follow up on generated leads, ensuring daily KPIs are met.

Schedule a minimum of 10 client appointments, conducting at least one meeting per day.

Understand clients’ needs and financial capabilities to recommend the most suitable projects.

Assist potential clients with project site visits and property walkthroughs.

Facilitate negotiations and close deals effectively.

Regularly visit different project sites to maintain client engagement and market knowledge.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel frequently.
