Assistant Sales Manager

About the job

Location: Gulberg II, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing daily sales operations and team coordination.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Help in achieving business growth targets through client engagement.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Support in planning and executing sales activities and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and client handling.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary plus commission.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
