Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Manager – Sales to drive real estate sales through affiliate networks and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard and manage affiliates/dealers to generate sales.

- Conduct sales meetings and site visits as per KPIs.

- Assist clients throughout their investment journey.

- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

- Strong affiliate/dealer network.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
