Job Location: KBD Tower, Eighteen, Near Airport, Islamabad
Salary Range: Competitive Salary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Support the Sales Manager in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and explore new markets and contribute to expanding the customer base.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Assist in improving sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor team performance and provide support to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of sales activities and client interactions.
