Job Purpose
Drive sales and market growth for high-efficiency commercial refrigeration solutions in the UAE by building strong contractor and client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and delivering value-based technical solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration &Revenue Growth- Secure orders for high-efficiency condensing-unitpackages by engaging refrigeration contractors and small to mediumfood-retail chains.
- Contractor Network Development- Identify, qualify and deepen relationships with UAE-based refrigerationcontractors, OEM panel builders and key traders to expand our reach.
- Proactive Project Scouting-Continuously monitor the market for unpublicized new-build or retrofitopportunities-through site visits, contractor conversations, social-mediaactivity and word-of-mouth-and position our solution early in the designcycle.
- Value-Based TechnicalSelling- Prepare load calculations, ROI analyses and life-cycle-costmodels that highlight performance, energy-efficiency and serviceabilityadvantages.
- Lead-Generation Activities -Plan and deliver trainings, seminars, site demos and digital campaignsthat create pull demand and generate qualified contractor leads.
- Pipeline & MarketIntelligence - Maintain an accurate 90-day forecast in CRM and supplyregular updates on pricing trends, specification shifts and competitorstrategies.
- Resilient, "fighting-spirit"mindset able to win share against entrenched competitors.
- Strong commercial acumen intendering, margin management, and contract negotiation.
- Technical credibility-confidentreading drawings, sizing compressors, and advising on installation bestpractices.
- Engaging trainer &presenter comfortable leading sessions for 10-50 participants.
- Self-starter who worksindependently yet collaborates smoothly with cross-functional teams.
