Job Summary:

The client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support

business development activities in the KSA region. The ideal candidate will assist in

managing sales pipelines, coordinating merchant onboarding, and contributing to revenue

growth. Candidates with existing merchant pipelines and Arabic language skills will have a

distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional business development team in identifying and pursuing new

merchant opportunities Assist in managing the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and

reporting.

  • Coordinate merchant onboarding, ensuring smooth activation and compliance with

company processes.

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing merchants to ensure high

satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, and support) to resolve

merchant queries and issues.

  • Provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Manager on pipeline status, progress,

and challenges.

  • Contribute to sales strategy development by providing market insights and feedback

from the field.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Arabic language proficiency is an

advantage.

  • Understanding of sales processes, B2B client management, and merchant acquisition

especially payment gateway background.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced

environment.

  • Ability to maintain accurate records, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Postgraduate/ Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • experience in sales, business development, or merchant

Acquisition in Fintech companies

  • Proven track record in managing pipelines and achieving sales targets.
  • Preference for candidates with an existing merchant pipeline in the KSA region
