Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Solar Industry
Location: Korangi, Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Conduct solar site surveys to identify the potential for solar power generation at customer site.
- Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager in leading a high-performance sales team through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
- Achieve company objectives by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion objectives.
- Monitor day-to-day sales activities, including identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on industry trends, ensuring the team adapts to market changes and complies with relevant regulations.
- Support the Sales Manager in monitoring and reporting sales performance against targets.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts that meet and exceed company sales revenue targets.
- Prepare Tenders, RFQs, and BOQs for solar and hybrid systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Sales Manager in solar/generator industry, preferably in commercial and industrial sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of current solar technologies and renewable energy market in Pakistan.
- Strong track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Preferably living in Korangi.
