  • Sales Execution: Generate new sales leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking, focusing on achieving individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their energy needs, and present appropriate generator and solar solutions.
  • Quotation & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Market Analysis: Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities in the Karachi region.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system, and generate weekly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Technical Liaison: Coordinate with the technical/engineering team to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and meet client specifications.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical/business field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the solar, generator, or industrial equipment sales industry.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems (on-grid, off-grid) and generator solutions (diesel/gas).
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
