- Sales Execution: Generate new sales leads through cold calls, site visits, and networking, focusing on achieving individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their energy needs, and present appropriate generator and solar solutions.
- Quotation & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender responses under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Market Analysis: Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and identifying new business opportunities in the Karachi region.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system, and generate weekly sales reports and forecasts.
- Technical Liaison: Coordinate with the technical/engineering team to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and meet client specifications.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical/business field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the solar, generator, or industrial equipment sales industry.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems (on-grid, off-grid) and generator solutions (diesel/gas).
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
