Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and skilled Assistant Sales Manager to support and expand our sales operations in the Gujranwala Division. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the sales team, executing sales strategies, and ensuring growth in alignment with company objectives.

Experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies for the Rawalpindi region.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing valuable insights.
• Identify new business opportunities and support regional development activities.
• Coordinate with the head office and other regions for operational alignment.
• Prepare and maintain sales performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy Sector.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve sales performance.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
