The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products in assigned territories. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Present and demonstrate company products to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and sales campaigns as required.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics (specific to company’s products).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
