Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and counseling team to achieve set targets.
- Drive student recruitment for study abroad programs by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Provide expert guidance to students regarding universities, courses, admission procedures, visa applications, and other study abroad requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end process of overseas education applications, including documentation, counseling, admission, and visa guidance.
- Maintain relationships with international universities, education partners, and other stakeholders.
- Track team performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and counseling experience for students and parents.
- Stay updated with international education trends, visa policies, and study destination opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the education or study abroad sector.
- Strong knowledge of study abroad processes (admissions, visas, compliance, documentation, etc.).
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
