Business Growth Developer (SaaS & Upwork Experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive Business Growth Specialist to help expand our SaaS product, StaffWatcher.com, and drive new client acquisition. This role requires someone who understands SaaS, can identify growth opportunities, and actively bid on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to win projects and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and grow our SaaS platform StaffWatcher.com by reaching out to potential customers and building partnerships.
  • Create and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork and Fiverr to secure projects.
  • Research and identify target markets, client needs, and opportunities for SaaS adoption.
  • Collaborate with our team to highlight SaaS features in proposals and client pitches.
  • Manage client communication, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Track leads, bids, and conversions, providing regular progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales for SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated success in bidding and winning projects on Upwork and/or Fiverr.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and client needs.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with digital marketing, SEO, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with project management or HR tools (a plus since StaffWatcher is SaaS for teams).

  • Ongoing, long-term role with performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
