StaffWatcher.com is a SaaS platform designed to help businesses monitor productivity, manage staff, and optimize workflows. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can drive business growth and also manage our online presence through social media and content creation.

Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Acquisition

• Bid and secure projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
• Research and identify potential leads for SaaS growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the product team to tailor offerings based on client needs.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create, manage, and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Develop engaging content (posts, blogs, short videos, graphics) to promote StaffWatcher and drive traffic.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Track, analyze, and report on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or Upwork/Fiverr bidding.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS industry and digital marketing trends.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and deliver results under minimal supervision.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS product growth/marketing.
• SEO and email marketing knowledge.
• Previous success stories of scaling a SaaS or online business.
