Media & Marketing Specialist

The Media & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand visibility, promote products, and drive sales. This role combines creative strategy with analytical insights to deliver impactful marketing results for the furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, and broadcast) to promote company products.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Coordinate with design teams for promotional materials, catalogs, brochures, and product photography.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare ROI reports.
• Build brand awareness through PR, press releases, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Manage website content updates and SEO optimization to improve online presence.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–4 years of proven experience in media, marketing, or digital advertising (experience in furniture, retail, or consumer goods preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
