Media & Marketing Manager

Gujranwala, Pakistan

The Media & Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department, develop brand strategies, and oversee execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand image, increase market share, and support sales growth. This role requires a mix of leadership, creativity, and analytical expertise to position the company as a leading furniture brand in local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team (specialists, designers, content creators, social media executives).
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with engaging and consistent content.
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives: TV, radio, billboards, print, PR, and sponsorships.
  • Design and monitor brand-building campaigns to improve brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support dealer, corporate, and retail sales channels.
  • Plan and manage events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Oversee production of marketing collateral (catalogs, brochures, product photography, videos).
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns, prepare ROI and analytics reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Build relationships with advertising agencies, media houses, and influencers for promotional partnerships.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing management (manufacturing, furniture, retail, or consumer goods preferred).
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital and offline campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of design and content tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
