The Media, Marketing & Sales Head is responsible for leading the company’s sales, marketing, and media strategies to achieve revenue targets, build brand identity, and expand market presence. This role ensures that sales growth, brand promotion, and media visibility work together seamlessly to strengthen the company’s leadership position in the furniture industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement integrated sales, marketing, and media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead all sales channels (Dealer, Retail, Corporate, Online, Export) to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients to expand market share.
- Oversee brand-building activities, ensuring consistent identity and messaging across all platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Supervise traditional media campaigns including TV, radio, outdoor, print, and PR activities.
- Manage social media platforms and drive customer engagement with creative content strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Organize and lead exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships, and product launch events.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product photography, and videos.
- Define sales policies, pricing strategies, and discount structures in line with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance reports (KPIs, ROI) for management review.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for sales, marketing, and media, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams, building a culture of performance, innovation, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and industry regulations across all activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Media Management (MBA preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and Media leadership (furniture, retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sales channels, brand management, and digital/traditional media.
- Proven record of achieving sales growth and successful brand campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Willingness to travel nationally/internationally as required.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
