Assistant Sales Manager( Hotels ) ( WFH)

Job Summary:

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong client relationships in the hospitality sector. This role focuses on increasing corporate, group, and travel agent bookings while promoting the hotel’s brand and services through virtual channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to pitch hotel services and packages.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to optimize room rates and promotions.
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiate rates, and close deals effectively.
  • Support the marketing team in digital campaigns, social media promotions, and virtual brand events.
  • Ensure timely coordination between clients and hotel operations teams for smooth guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in corporate or MICE segments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working remotely.
  • Well-versed in virtual client engagement tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
