Assistant Sales Manager – Immigration Services (Sialkot)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support our Sialkot branch sales operations. This role involves assisting the Sales Manager in client acquisition, managing leads, and coordinating sales activities to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Handle initial client communications via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Track leads, update CRM, and report on sales activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and promotions.
  • Participate in events and seminars to promote services.
  • Help in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, business development, or customer service; experience in immigration or consultancy is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of immigration services is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and Urdu; familiarity with the Sialkot market is a plus.
