Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and support monthly and quarterly visa sales targets across assigned markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach.
- Handle high-value clients and key accounts to maximize revenue.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Team Management
- Support and guide the visa sales team in achieving individual and team targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Coordinate daily sales activities and monitor productivity.
Client Relationship Management
- Handle escalations related to visa services, delays, or service issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt communication and resolution.
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with the visa processing team to ensure timely documentation and delivery.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Maintain accurate client databases, sales records, and pipeline updates.
- Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Tourism, or related field.
- 3–5 years of team lead or managerial experience in Visa Sales, Travel & Tourism, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in UAE travel market is highly preferred.
Skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic/French/Hindi advantage).
- Good knowledge of international visas (Schengen, UK, US, Canada, etc.).
- Ability to manage teams and multi-task under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
