JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the growth of our outdoor media and advertising business. The role will assist and drive revenue, managing client relationships, and support the execution of strategic sales initiatives across outdoor media platforms including billboards, digital LED media, and signage solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in B2B media sales, outdoor advertising, signage, or related industries, along with the ability to manage client relationships, analyze sales performance, and support a high-performing sales team.

Candidates with a valid UAE driving license and immediate availability will be preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Support

  • Assist in executing sales strategies for revenue growth across outdoor media and advertising platforms
  • Support the sales leadership in achieving monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and market opportunities

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and media buyers
  • Assist in preparing professional sales proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and service coordination

Sales Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines through CRM systems
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and market penetration

Team Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with operations, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Support junior sales executives in managing accounts and closing business opportunities
  • Assist in implementing KPIs and performance tracking systems for the sales team

Market Research & Business Development

  • Conduct market research to identify new advertising opportunities and potential clients
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media platforms
  • Support lead generation, prospecting initiatives, and new client acquisition

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in sales management, or marketing will be a plus

Experience

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, within outdoor media, OOH advertising, digital signage, media sales, or related advertising sectors
  • Demonstrated experience in client account management, supporting sales targets, and developing new business opportunities
  • Exposure to working with advertising agencies, media buyers, and corporate clients in the UAE market is highly preferred

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent systems
  • Experience in sales pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and performance reporting
  • Understanding of digital outdoor media platforms, LED media networks, and OOH campaign execution is advantageous

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Highly organized with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
