Job Summary:

Dewmak Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager – Solar to drive business growth in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in solar sales and experience handling commercial and industrial clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the solar industry (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar sales.
• Strong understanding of solar systems and commercial solar solutions.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value solar projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial & Industrial sector.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
• Coordinate with the engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
