Assistant Sales Manager-Tile Bond

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand the distribution network for Tile Bond products in the assigned market
• Drive monthly and annual sales targets through effective distributor management and market coverage
• Build, strengthen, and sustain relationships with distributors and channel partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives, market activation, and brand visibility
• Ensure effective execution of sales plans and follow up on distributor performance and market penetration

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in tile bond, construction chemicals, tiles, or building materials
• Strong understanding of the Lahore market and local distribution landscape
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Commercially driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a competitive market
