Assistant Sales Specialist

General Qualifications

As one of the leading multi-purpose port operators in the region, TBH Port Adana is looking for a Sales Specialist Assistant to support our commercial and marketing operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about developing a career in sales and business development within the logistics and maritime industry. Previous internship or 1–2 years of experience in sales, logistics, or customer relations is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and sales opportunities through market research and analysis.

• Support quotation and pricing processes in coordination with the commercial team.

• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and campaign planning.

• Assist in organizing industry fairs, conferences, and customer events.

• Participate in customer satisfaction initiatives and support related reporting activities.

• Contribute to competitive analyses and market research projects.

• Regularly compile and report sales and marketing data to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Economics, or International Trade.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a proactive and curious mindset.

• Analytical thinker with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

• Residing in or willing to relocate to Adana.
