Job Purpose:

To assist the Service Manager in managing and supervising the repair, maintenance, servicing, and rewinding operations for AC/DC Motors, Alternators, and Generators. The role includes overseeing workshop and field service activities, ensuring technical excellence, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the service team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Service & Technical Operations:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC/DC Motors, Alternators, and Generators.
• Supervise winding & rewinding jobs (LT/HT motors) and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical support to engineers and technicians for troubleshooting complex electrical/mechanical faults.
• Monitoring & Supporting for and servicing activities at client sites.
• Ensure timely completion of all jobs (workshop & field).

Customer Support & Relationship Management:

• Act as a point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalations.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on timely resolution .
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and prompt communication.

Team Supervision ,Training & Reporting:

• Supervise and guide a team of service engineers, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Allocate work and monitor performance of the team.
• Maintain service records, job cards, rewinding logs, and test reports.
• Coordinate with the store/purchase department for spare parts.
• Inspect completed jobs to ensure they meet company and industry standards before delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Experience can compensate.
• 3–5 years of experience in service/maintenance of AC/DC Motors, Alternators, and Generators.
• Strong technical expertise in motor winding & rewinding (LT/HT) and generator servicing.
• Good knowledge of electrical testing procedures, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
