We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of the spa and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The Assistant Spa Manager will assist in supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and achieving business targets while promoting a relaxing and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the spa
- Supervise and support therapists, receptionists, and spa staff
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and complaints professionally
- Monitor staff performance and provide training when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist in inventory management and ordering spa products
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Help achieve revenue targets and upsell spa services and products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a spa or hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and customer care standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage staff and handle customer concerns effectively
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
- Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety regulations
