THE ROLE:

We are looking for an ASSISTANT SPA MANAGER who brings warmth, passion, and a keen eye for excellence to support the daily operations of our Spa. If you thrive in a luxury environment and love creating memorable guest journeys, we’d love to hear from you

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while nurturing a culture of care and professionalism within the team.

• Support the overall management of Spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Spa team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
• Maintain the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
• Assist in driving revenue through treatments, retail, and guest engagement initiatives
• Handle guest feedback with empathy and professionalism, turning moments into lasting impressions
• Oversee scheduling, stock control, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury spa or wellness environment
• A natural leader with a warm, approachable personality
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, wellness trends, and guest expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful guest experiences
