Assistant store Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
  • Supervise store staff and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate product replenishment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
