We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Supervisor – Merchandising to support and lead merchandising activities at store level while ensuring excellence in execution and teamwork.

🔹 Job Purpose

To lead merchandising activities and events to achieve sales objectives by creating an inspiring team environment, maintaining open communication, and focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs).

🔹 Key & Core Accountabilities

✅ Support and monitor field team attendance and ensure compliance with daily route plans.

✅ Ensure merchandising standards are followed (rotation, cleaning, replenishment, planogram, pricing, and handling damaged/expired items).

✅ Assist in achieving 90%+ compliance in surprise audits and store execution standards.

✅ Prepare, validate, and submit accurate reports on time.

✅ Proactively identify issues, escalate them, and follow up on solutions to ensure smooth store operations.

✅ Build strong relationships with retailers (Section Managers & Store Managers) and collaborate closely with the Sales Team.

✅ Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and compliance requirements.

✅ Motivate team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
