Support end-to-end supply chain operations with a primary focus on demand & supply planning, supplier management, and optimizing inventory replenishment to reduce expiries, prevent stockouts, and ensure seamless product availability.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute monthly demand and supply planning cycles, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely replenishment for all SKUs.
- Monitor inventory levels and pipeline, maintaining optimal coverage while minimizing write-offs and out-of-stocks.
- Manage daily communication with suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate pricing and secure competitive deals to support cost management objectives.
- Coordinate internal workflows related to suppliers, including follow-up with finance on payments, invoice issues, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and complete master data (materials, pricing, vendors, lead times) within the ERP system.
- Track supply performance, highlight risks, and support corrective actions with internal teams.
- Prepare routine supply chain reports, KPIs, and dashboards as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in supply chain planning, preferably in demand or supply roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Solid skills in Excel and analytical tools.
- Knowledge of F&B supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management capabilities.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
