Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to support and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across the organization. The role is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment, building talent pipelines, implementing sourcing strategies, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in attracting top talent, supporting workforce planning objectives, and contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function in alignment with business growth and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across various departments and levels within the organization.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across critical functions.
Candidate Management & Experience

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to offer acceptance.

Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Consultation

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand talent requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics.

Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and talent availability reports to support hiring decisions.

Advise on job descriptions, recruitment timelines, and selection best practices.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence

Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market.

Monitor market trends, competitor hiring activities, and industry benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies.

Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to promote the company brand.
Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and dashboards including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management on hiring progress and pipeline status.
Process Improvement & Compliance

Continuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate assessment methodologies.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and internal policies.

Support Nitaqat compliance and workforce localization initiatives.
Team Support & Development

Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in coordinating team activities and recruitment projects.

Mentor and guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators on best practices and sourcing techniques.

Support onboarding coordination and new hire integration activities as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR roles with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.

Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies.

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Nitaqat, and Saudization regulations.
