Assistant Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons and activities.
• Support students in small groups or one-on-one, reinforcing the day’s lesson.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and school events.
• Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays.
• Monitor student behavior and support classroom management strategies.
• Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed.
• Help track student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
• Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Basic understanding of child development and classroom dynamics.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
