Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons and activities.
- Support students in small groups or one-on-one, reinforcing the day’s lesson.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
- Supervise students during class, breaks, meals, and school events.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom displays.
- Monitor student behavior and support classroom management strategies.
- Provide emotional and academic support to students as needed.
- Help track student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
- Follow school policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and child protection.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Basic understanding of child development and classroom dynamics.
