Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support – Assist the lead teacher in managing daily classroom activities and maintaining discipline.
- Instructional Assistance – Support in delivering lessons and helping students understand basic concepts in core subjects.
- Student Supervision – Monitor students during classwork, activities, recess, and transitions.
- Individual Support – Provide additional help to students who require remedial assistance.
- Learning Materials Preparation – Prepare worksheets, charts, visual aids, and classroom displays.
- Homework & Assessment Support – Assist in checking notebooks, homework, and maintaining assessment records.
- Classroom Management – Ensure a safe, organized, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Behavior Management – Encourage positive behavior and reinforce school rules.
- Record Keeping – Maintain attendance records and assist in updating student files.
- School Participation – Support in school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (Education preferred).
- Montessori / ECE certification (preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a primary school.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
