Assistant Teacher

Whistle Stop Learning Center is looking for a part time assistant teacher to work in mainly in our Young Preschool & Toddler classrooms. Our Ideal candidate would be patient, flexible and work well together on a team. We are currently looking for someone to work approximately 1-3 days per week (10-30 hours per week) 7am-5:30pm, can make a set schedule for you if preferred. Days can be discussed, preferably Mondays & Tuesdays but open to discussion.

Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a High School Diploma
- Must be CPR and First Aid certified or willing to attend paid training in September
- Be willing to submit to fingerprinting clearance
- Must complete a minimum of 16 training hours annually
- Have a strong work ethic, be punctual and dependable
- Have dependable transportation

Pay is based on experience and education.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
